Step 3: Download, complete & email the MITT Camp Waiver below which is required once each year. Completed waivers can be emailed to sapolumeninthetrenches@gmail.com or turned in on the first day of camp. Any participating athletes under the age of 18 will be required to have a parent/guardian signature.
